The 6 Week Mind + Body Reset was created by Jen Satterly, a Certified Health Coach and Special Operation Veteran wife, to address the unique challenges our combat veterans and their spouses face. Jen has worked with hundreds of combat warriors and their families take back their health, body and mind, and now her program is available online with this results driven program. Jen has spoken around the country, even at Congress, on health issues facing our warriors. This program is not the cliché military hard ass boot camp style, this program is a gentle detox, a systematic approach to reprogram negative thought patterns and intended to create lasting habit changes. In other words, really anyone could benefit from this.
